I would recommend Ryan 100x over.
Ryan (Charles) was absolutely outstanding. He was always available when we wanted to look at homes, extremely responsive, and always made sure we knew what we were doing (first time home buyers!). He has a wealth of knowledge, as well as connections to many people you may need down the line (contractors, etc). Ryan is attentive and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions (even the dumb ones). He is professional yet personable, quick to process things yet doesn’t rush through it. I would recommend Ryan 100x over. He helped us find our home sweet home and we truly couldn’t be happier.
