I have a new respect for real estate agents after working with Ryan

I have a new respect for real estate agents after working with Ryan. Ryan found us a new home and then sold our existing home within 3 days. From the start I really got the feeling from him that he wanted to help us find the RIGHT house for us, not just make another sale. He went out of his way to research and find background info on homes we looked at (like finding out building permit info etc.). He never shied away from being honest and telling us that a house didn’t seem to meet what we were looking for and to keep looking, which really helped build trust where other agents would push to make the sale. He then helped us get our existing home ready for sale, on the market within a few days, and sold 3 days later. Where he really shined was in all the behind the scenes work he did, from negotiating pricing, to helping coordinate photos, inspections and such. The behind the scenes work was eye opening to me. Ryan built for us a sense of trust and confidence in him and his work that I was so thankful for and I don’t think would have felt with other agents.
