Ryan Cole — After 13 years at Keller Williams, I’m excited to begin my new chapter with Coldwell Banker. and continue serving clients throughout the Twin Cities alongside Melanie Erickson at Cole & Company Real Estate Group.
Before launching my real estate career, I built my professional foundation in banking and financial services. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the financial side of homeownership, which continues to benefit my clients today.
As a full-time real estate professional, I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities, with a focus on the western suburbs. Real estate is a results-driven business, and by consistently delivering results for my clients, I have benefited from their referrals.

Melanie Erickson — After more than 20 years leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams in the retail industry, I followed a longtime dream of building a career in real estate. Today, I bring the same calm, organized, and client-focused approach to helping people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions. Originally from small-town Illinois, I moved to Minnesota after graduating from Indiana University and quickly fell in love with the people and strong sense of community here. As a Minnesota mom of three, I understand how important home is and the role it plays in everyday life and family memories.
