As first time home buyers, Ryan answered every question we had about the process, the home itself, the neighborhoods, and more making us feel so comfortable and supported. Something that really stood out to us about Ryan was his insane knowledge about the homes themselves: appliances, windows, construction/foundations, landscaping, how well or recent a “flip” or remodel was done, etc.; he is not just trying to sell you a house— he will give his honest, informed opinion to help you find the RIGHT house/home. Also, Ryan literally submitted an offer for us at 8PM on a Sunday while on vacation—we were so impressed by his dedication and flexibility. We would HIGHLY recommend Ryan, you will not be disappointed!!
